These terms apply to alex-approved.ca and to the email, phone and text-message (SMS) communications you receive from Aleksey Tsoy, Mortgage Agent Level 1 (Centum Financial Services LP, FSRA-licensed brokerage).
Who I am
Aleksey Tsoy is a Mortgage Agent Level 1 licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario and working under the brokerage Centum Financial Services Limited Partnership (Brokerage Licence #13054), Agent Licence #M20001520. Rates, payment examples and guides on this site are general information, change without notice and are not a commitment to lend. Any approval, rate or term is subject to the lender’s review of your full application and documents. Nothing here is legal, tax or investment advice.
Consultation and lead forms
When you submit a form on this site or through one of my Facebook or Instagram ads, you ask me to contact you about mortgage products and services. I will use the details you provide only for that purpose, as described in my Privacy Policy.
SMS / text-message program
What you receive. If you give separate consent to text messages, I send one-to-one status updates about your own mortgage file (for example: documents requested or received, submitted to the lender, appraisal booked, approval, funding) and replies to questions you text me. I do not send promotional SMS unless you separately opt in to marketing texts.
Consent. Consent to SMS is collected through a separate, unticked checkbox on my website form or through the SMS consent question on my Facebook lead form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving mortgage advice.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with the stage of your file, typically 1–6 messages per month while a file is active. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact me at info@alex-approved.ca or 647‑724‑9729.
Privacy. Your mobile number and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Email communications
Commercial emails are sent only with your express or implied consent under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every such email contains an unsubscribe link; unsubscribe requests are honoured within 10 business days.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false information, interfere with the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for losses arising from your use of this site or reliance on general information on it. Your mortgage terms are governed solely by the documents you sign with the lender and brokerage.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
